Are used laptops reliable?
Business-class used laptops are — they were built for corporate fleets that expected years of daily use. Every machine we sell is fully tested by our repair technicians before sale, and anything that doesn't pass gets repaired or recycled, not sold.
What warranty do I get?
A 12-month return-to-base hardware warranty on every laptop. If a covered fault occurs we repair it, replace it with an equivalent, or refund you. Batteries are tested to a minimum of 80% health at sale and warranted for 90 days.
Can I see the laptop before buying?
Yes — visit us at Unit 3A, 3 Gibbons Street, Nottingham NG7 2SB and try before you buy. We'll happily show you the battery health and test results for any machine.
Do you deliver to Derby, Long Eaton or Mansfield?

Is the previous owner's data removed?
Completely. Every drive is professionally wiped to recognised data-erasure standards — the same process we sell as a certified service to businesses — and a fresh licensed copy of Windows is installed.
Can you upgrade a laptop before I buy it?
Yes — we fit extra RAM or a larger SSD on request, usually the same day, and quote the upgrade price upfront.
