What we don't do
We repair the computer and control system, not the machinery itself. If your print heads, rollers or mechanical assemblies need attention, that's a job for your machine engineer — but if the PC driving it has failed, that's us. That covers the computer inside the machine and its related peripherals: touchscreens, industrial monitors, keypads, scanners, network hardware and the cabling attached to the control system.

Do you come to site?

Can you work on a machine still under manufacturer warranty?
Check your warranty terms first — third-party work on the control PC can affect cover on some agreements. If the machine is out of warranty, or the manufacturer's lead time is the problem, we can usually help. We're happy to talk it through before you decide.
Can you work with legacy Windows versions?
Yes. Many industrial systems run older Windows versions because the control software demands it, and simply replacing the PC isn't an option. We repair the existing hardware wherever possible and preserve the operating system and configuration wherever we can.
What if the part is obsolete?
It's common on older industrial systems, and it doesn't necessarily end the road. We'll source compatible replacement parts where they exist, and tell you honestly what the options are — repair, a compatible substitute, or a plan for the system's replacement — before you spend anything.
