Why buy refurbished from a repair workshop?
Every refurbished laptop and PC we sell has been through the same workshop that repairs customer machines every day. Our technicians test each device fully — screen, keyboard, battery, storage health, ports and cooling — replace anything worn, securely wipe the previous owner's data and install a fresh, licensed copy of Windows. What goes on the shelf is a machine we would happily hand back to a repair customer.
Most of our stock is business-class — Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook, Lenovo ThinkPad and similar ranges built for years of daily corporate use. At the same price as a new budget laptop, a refurbished business machine is usually faster, sturdier and easier to upgrade later. It's also the greener choice: every refurbished device is one less manufactured and one less in landfill — part of why we're ISO 14001 certified and licensed by the Environment Agency.
Unlike a marketplace seller, we're a real workshop at Unit 3A, 3 Gibbons Street, Nottingham.
