When does a reinstall make sense?
A reinstall is often the right answer when system files are badly corrupted, failed updates leave the computer in a repair loop, malware has damaged Windows, or years of software problems make the installation unreliable. It is not a substitute for faulty hardware, which is why every job starts with diagnosis.
For Macs, the correct macOS version depends on the exact MacBook or iMac model. We check compatibility first rather than installing a version the machine cannot properly support.
What happens to your files?
A clean installation can erase the drive. If the existing drive is healthy and readable, we can transfer agreed personal files before reinstalling and move them back afterwards. We will explain the plan before starting.
If a drive is physically failing, data recovery is a separate job and the outcome is uncertain. We will not describe a failed drive as a routine transfer or promise that its contents can be recovered.

Not every computer officially supports Windows 11. We check the processor, security requirements and overall condition first, then recommend Windows 11 or another suitable option without bypassing requirements that could leave the system unsupported.

Yes, on compatible MacBook and iMac models. We identify the exact model and install a supported macOS version, then apply available updates and test the main functions.
Will I lose my files?

Can you install my programs again?
We can install available browsers, utilities and software you are licensed to use. Some paid applications require your own licence or account sign-in, and older programs may not work with a newer operating system.

We diagnose the computer before recommending a reinstall. If the underlying fault is a drive, memory or another component, we explain the hardware repair and quote for that instead.
